Some call it the Boss our Jefe, And many have said it's the best Cubano in the city, we certainly don't. Mostly because the bread is wrong and it seems boorish to lout oneself thus. It starts with the pork, Mojo Brined and roasted till it kinda... dissolves, we add that to ham and swiss and pickles, topped with the tangy red pepper sauce and yellow mustard. -Now, Back to work!
Nebraskan*
It's Like a Rueben, Like, eerily similar, like so similar we should have called it a Rueben, It's got KC's own Boyles Corned beef, We do a house Bavarian Style Kraut (Hint: it's sweeter and less krauty than other krauts you've met), Swiss cheese. Oh, and we went looking for the 1000 Island for it, got lost ended at the 1001 island, called it a day. Also, some attribute the Rueben sandwiches creation to Omaha Nebraska or one of the outlying areas, we are too by calling it the Nebraskan. If you find this offensive please feel free to include your Complaints with your order, Thank You!
Kimchi Grilled Cheese
So this dude right here is for hose in the know, and those into the knowing, Nick Pavek's housemade Kimchi, Smoked Gouda, Provolone, our sautéed mushrooms and Chipotle mayo bring this funky favorite into the station. I personally love this sandwich with added Bacon, otherwise its a vegetarian victory of digestibility.

So Roasted Beef and Smoky cheddar with red onions, but what if for the sauces its like Horseradish and Locally sourced seedless red raspberry jam? I'll tell you what if! It's good, that's the what if.

Cold smoked salmon and a Hot bun toasted with the Infused ghee, then there's a capered cream cheese spread, red onions, cucumbers. The bun and the fish and the 'cumber all make a pretty perfectly temperatured sandwich

Really though, this is our most ordered sandwich probably, and it's named after the town with the crown! (Kansas City is the town with the crown)

I had a friend in town from Houston and I wanted to take her to have one of my favorite sandwiches. That is Bay Boy Specialty Sandwich shop.

We both ordered the Wagyu Nebraskan, which is basically a super delicious Reuben sandwich, with better bread. She said she had a bit of a religious experience after her first bite. It’s truly an extraordinary sandwich.

They have wonderful selection of chips here and the staff is very friendly,...

One of the most delicious sandwiches I have had in a WHILE!
Got the ‘Blue Blaze’ and added red onion. Absolutely divine.
If you have not tried Bay Boy yet, I highly recommend and can confirm we will be regulars now, especially knowing there’s also a location closer to home, in NKC.

Terrific! The sandwiches are super tasty and unusual. The staff were really nice. We were newbies and we got good info on all the different sandwiches. The whole vibe of the place is friendly and fun. Good veggie options too. Highly recommended!
