Our friends who have lived in Kansas City for years suggested we go to Brown & Loe for dinner before seeing Cats at MTH (the show was fantastic! Best version I've seen). So I made a reservation. Had heard good things, but wasn't sure what to expect. The service was exceptional. We both had the salmon and it was perfect. The combinations of flavors were interesting and inventive. Lots of other things on the menu looked good. We'll definitely be back. 
My wife and I with another couple, dined at Brown and Loe last evening. My wife ordered the chicken fried chicken special while I tried the meatloaf. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
