There’s so much foul play regarding their ICU unit. I don’t believe they are competent in providing adequate care for those who are unable to speak for themselves. Doing procedures without probable cause or notifying family of any changes. Highly unprofessional and negligent. Please don’t send your loved ones here unless you don’t care for their well being.
my brother has been sitting in an ER exam room for 24 hours. not a room with a bed, but a discharge room the size of a closet. and it is filthy with old bloody q-tips on the floor, filthy everywhere in the room (he dropped his pillow and it was covered in dust and debris as soon as it hit the floor. the bathroom down the hall has feces on the floor.) his nurses response to every question has been "i don't know i have 20 other patients to take care of" the whiteboard in the room...read full review
I think research is decent but I will say the charge nurse Lauren is rude and hostile ! Slamming doors in visitors faces and talking to visitors extremely rude. 0/10 I don’t recommend her !
