Took forever for the workers to acknowledge I was there. I would never order anything here.

I waited 45 minutes to receive my order that was placed online and given an eta of 15-20 minutes. When I arrived I gave the young lady my name and was told my order wasn’t ready. So I sat in the lobby and patiently waited. I go up to the counter again to check the status and another young lady tells me my order has been ready. I asked why no one said anything since I’d been sitting and waiting for so long. She apologized and said she didn’t know the name for my order. Please provide training for your younger associates so they are aware of customers that are present and waiting instead of leaving orders to sit and get cold. She offered to remake it but after waiting for 45 minutes I didn’t have the time or patience to continue the wait. Additionally I ordered the fish sandwich and nowhere on the menu does it mention the sandwich coming with cheese yet I have a slice of American cheese on my sandwich. Had I known it came with cheese I would have asked to hold on adding it. Please update your online menu.

Ordered online, sat for over a hour after the pick up time… definitely won’t be back…

The easiest thing on any menu, plain hamburger and fries...., they took well over 30mins to make it wrong, so waited another 25 mins for them to make it correct. there were people that even came in, ordered and got Thier food and left before I got mine. Granted they tried making it good by offering me a couple free items for it taking so long, I declined. I really don't know how to rate this. It smelled and looked great. But someone's crappy demeanor and attitude can ruin the whole experience for me. I'd like to try more but probably won't be back.

Order pound of basa and fries. Fries burnt, fish slimy, and don’t even provide bread. On top of that water was dirty then the second beverage option was hot and taste like was homemade mixture of sprite, countrytime lemonade and sewer water!!!! Maybe other food is better but basa bad quality and 50% fries burnt. I’d recommend Lufi’s for fish!

They gave me expired fish. I threw up. I called the restaurant. They said they couldn’t give me a refund or give me another order. Terrible service wouldn’t recommend. How did I wait an hour and get cold food anyway that’s crazy

The fish tastes great here, just need to be fully staff it’s always extremely busy most of the time and don’t answer the phones to take call in orders. Very frustrating! Last thing I don’t know if the hush puppies are cook to order are not but please tell the cook to stop overcooking them it’s taste horrible.

Came to pick up an order and these two little ass girls just playing around talking having headphones in being so ghetto talking on the phone screaming saying oh my boyfriend calling girl haven’t your mama taught yaull any respect at all? No i seee so unprofessional very obnoxious waited 45 mins for the order I will never order / pickup from here again they need better staff asap !! Where is the managers?? At nowhere to be seen or found

I liked the chicken with onions and peppers. The large amount of butter on the vegetables and potato salad wasn't my favorite. I didn't care for the salmon, but my child liked it. No option to get the salmon without sauce, and it had a lot. There are other things on the menu I'd like to try; there is a huge variety of food offered. The music was so loud in the small space I had a hard time hearing the lady working at the counter, but she was friendly and patient.
