“We had the wings I’m not sure the level of heat that was ordered but they had some kick it was a dry rub so they were not messy. It’s in a trendy building with other restaurants and a couple of bars. You can order using your phone or a computer so there is no customer interaction.“

After ordering, the manager talked to us and even offered samples of multiple menu items so we’d know exactly what to order next time. Not a lot of businesses care about each individual customer, so I can’t recommend Wings Cafe enough. Good food and good staff is rare. We’ll definitely be back soon!“

“Finally found good Chinese food in the Kansas City area.This is the best kept Chinese food secret in Kansas City. Their food isn't greasy and is deliciously tasty. I always order the vegetarian fried rice or vegetarian lo mein. Their egg fried rice is delicious too.“

“The food was great but I wouldn’t come here on an evening of you want good service. My husband and I did a tasting tour near by and wanted something to eat before we headed back to the Air BnB. Immediately you could tell how the experience was going to be when we didn’t order drinks right away and didn’t see our server again for about 15 minutes. She was very obviously more interested in paying more attention to customers that ordered drinks right away. She didn’t give her name otherwise I would I mention here. We only got one water and she didn’t come back to us again. We went to go to the hostess to try to pay our bill, ended up stopping her as she was leaving the bar. I give 2 stars out of 5. That’s only because the food was really good. I don’t think I would come back here. Maybe during the day would be better but I don’t know if I’d come here again anyway.“

I met with one of my dear friends and when I tell you, the atmosphere, the cocktails, the food and the service from Ms. Gina was all EXCEPTIONAL!!! “Where to begin??? My husband and I wanted to try somewhere different today, and we were NOT disappointed. First bite of that burger and, sheeesh. I was in heaven. We both were. The wings? Chefs kiss. We went out on a whim and split The F.R.Y as well (not to be confused with fry, you gotta spell it out - I only know because we were corrected lol) and that was pretty good too! Different, but good! The young man who took our order was friendly, and the order was ready, hot and fresh in about 15 minutes - keep in mind it was cold out, so nobody was really there, and the seating is outdoor only, which don’t get me wrong, didn’t stop us from going, but definitely looks like it would be a total vibe in the nicer weather. I had a great first impression for sure, and definitely will be returning.“

This was $15.50 and included a can of soda. $1.20 up charge for the substitution but SO worth it! Everything was delicious. So much food but I have an air fryer and I wanted to sample all this. “Had the cheese fries and they were awesome! Cheese sauce was flavorful (not the same old cheese sauce that others use). The fries stayed crunchy even with the sauce over them. Also had a bacon/cheeseburger that was very flavorful. And of course the giant hot wings. Their homemade blue cheese dipping sauce was very good, not overpowering. Great service even though it got crowded. I Highly recommend!“

“We saw on Facebook and really wanted to try. It was worth the drive. Food and customer service were amazing. We would absolutely come back next time we are in the city and would recommend.“

“Today, I searched "restaurants around me" because in office days I don't know the area as well and wanted something outside the normal area. I found RC's, and I'm so glad I did. I made a carryout order online and it was easy. I arrived a few minutes before and they were just coming out and handed it directly to me. I got the one chicken breast lunch with mashed potatoes, gravy and a biscuit. I added a side of their green beans. Tasted like every honestly chicken place I grew up with outside the city. Great breading on the chicken, the meat was moist and cooked well. The potatoes were fresh made and the green beans rocked with little bits of bacon in them. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.“

The place was clean,and everyone was polite.Update 2-22-2025 I'm disappointed the gizzards are not the same🙁 the meat is very different and livers were not prepared correctly I'm very disappointed the place is still clean and the people are still polite but I'm shaking my head right now“
