Awful experience, received tons of fat and gristle. As I have inquired about it “due to, too many complaints” they refuse to even look at a photo of the food I received today and said they were fine with the review I will leave because the conversation was recorded. So yes I added the conversation, just to be sure it is not confused with anyone else’s review, especially if they eat the “steak” from this specific location.

This location has been terrible since they opened. We haven’t been in about 6 months and tonight I had hoped they had gotten a little better but doesn’t seem like that has happened. Poor customer service & they are always out of several menu items.
