Our family went out to get the $1 dip cones that were offered. We played to orders through the mobile app. Whenever we pulled up to the drive-thru speakers, we gave each of our names for the order and we're told to proceed to the window for pickup. They need a system for online and food delivery area. Anything is better than how they are doing it now. Like 10+ things of ice cream melting on a counter, no system to identify what order goes with what ticket, one person drowning because nothing is labeled and everything is melting, while a crowd piles up in the lobby. The menu board advertised that the shrimp basket includes a drink and we took a pic of it and showed that to them.
They refused to give the advertised included drink.
They also don't seem to be trained in customer service.
