Clay & Fire is a unique dining experience that offers a one-of-a-kind atmosphere and neareastern cuisine. The restaurant is known for its fire oven-cooked dishes, served fresh and hot, including the popular khachapuri, Turkish sausage, and kabob platters. The trio dip starter and the plate of six different spreads are great ways to try a little of everything. The patio seating (while limited to takeout) is a great spot to enjoy a bottle of wine and some tasty food, like the savory short ribs or grandma’s pizza with its impressive crust.
The cool atmosphere features good music, unique architecture, and adorable goldfish in the bathtub. Portion sizes are not huge relative to price, but the food is delicious and feels worth it. While service can be mixed—sometimes friendly and knowledgeable, other times slow—the cozy vibe and memorable dishes like the Saganaki and 6 messes make Clay & Fire a must-visit. Just avoid the Greek Salad, which disappoints compared to the rest of the menu.
