“The staff are quick and nice.FOODThe food is amazing. It's set up buffet style, so you pick and choose what you want, and how much of each. There's a great variety so there's something for everyone, plus, you can have something different each time so you don't tire of the selections. They are very organized so people get through fairly quick, plus many are season ticket holders so most people know what to do so its easy to follow along. The crowd is courteous..SEATINGI'd say there probably isn't a bad seat in the house. The theater seating was designed well in this way. But if you're highly concerned about it then you probably want to select a middle table. If you get a side table you'll still very much enjoy it.The shows are great! There are always a nice variety each year.HARD OF HEARING?They have headsets with receivers that you can check out at the ticket office. Mom can hear the play fairly well by removing her hearing aids and just using the noise canceling headphones! This is a HUGE plus!RESTROOMSStalls are small. Others that I know also comment about the narrow stalls.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a long ramp to the left of the front entrance. Very little Handicap parking out front so don't plan on getting one of those parking spaces. We always have to park a long way away and with a wheelchair that can be hard. So if you can, drop off the wheelchair person and a pusher at the front. There is only one Handicap bathroom stall in the ladies room, and of course it's always full. It does handle a wheelchair but very tight. The other stalls are extremely narrow which is why so many people want to use the Handicap stall. I hope someday they update this.We have a table that accommodates the wheelchair nicely. Her chair is not in the middle of traffic and I turn her chair toward the stage when the show starts. It's a great setup!“
