Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

Very busy Saturday evening. Outstanding salad bar. Service was negligent. Had to wait an extraordinary amount if time for first meat cuts. Received no sides at our table (mashed potatoes, bananas, etc).

Our waiter never came back to refill drinks throughout our entire experience. We had to ask other wait staff for refills. The various meat selections were brought by only once during our entire dining experience. We requested them to come back around multiple times, and ensured our colored medallions remained on green but we felt like our table was being ignored after the first round

The self service food bar area has greatly improved since I was there last a couple years ago and the service meet was excellent as well

My wife and I were sat across from each other at our table so I slid the chair around as the restaurant was very loud and didn't want to yell at each other. They told us we couldn't do that so we asked for a new table. Service took awhile. Drinks took even longer and were wrong. They then proceeded cut meat on the table instead of over the plate which splattered on the table before dropping onto my jacket and pants. Overall, the food was okay and the service was lacking.

Excellent food and service. Our servers, Sierra, Arlet, and Melina were so kind, efficient, and helpful!

JJ Garett and Patrick made the experience so special. We came for a friends birthday and they went above and beyond and made sure we didn't wait for anything

This is my second time trying to give this particular Fogo de Chão branch a chance. I already had a less than optimal experience with them six months ago and now yet another one. I received an ad telling me about their $18 weekdays market lunch. When I arrived at the restaurant the server I first spoke, didn't even know about this promotion. I was seated and the manager came to the table. The server asked him about the promotion and he explained that yes, there was such promotion but it was for lunch only. I looked at my at my watch and it was 3:12pm!!!! I said: It is lunch time! The MANAGER, not the server says...Oh, our dinner time starts at 3pm(???!!!), you just missed it. And then proceeded to tell me that the "dinner" version of that kind of meal was in fact $28. First of all....what restaurant starts their "dinner" at 3pm???!!! You want to find an excuse to charge your customers more, just increase the prices! Don't play something as shady as to start "dinner" right in the middle of the afternoon! Second....It was 3:12!!! The manager himself pointed out how close to their own version of "lunch" time it was. It is beyond bad customer service to try to overcharge your customers over a 12 minute technicality! In my book, the manager obviously should have just offered to honor the advertised promotion and let us enjoy the $18 weekday lunch meal! We just got up and left! To make it extra clear....the issue wasn't the extra $9 that was tried to be charged to us, of course! It was the poor customer service and the ridiculousness of a "dinner" that starts at 3pm!!!! I don't think that three times will be a charm with this place and most likely am done with the KC-Plaza Fogo de Chão!

The service was lousy, even though they walk around with selections, more than once we had to summon a server. The food was different however there were items listed that we didn't receive. The atmosphere was amazing however....

Garrett was our wait and was great! The caipirinhas are amazing, and the service was awesome. The meat they bring around is always delicious and you'll have way more options than space in your stomach.

Garrett and the rest of the staff were incredible. The food was amazing as always, but I've never had such good service (and the service has never been bad).
