Great views and room was comfortable. Lot of ammendities and food at bistro was very delicious.
We booked a room several weeks in advance if not months. This obviously used to be a great hotel. I'm assuming it's bad management or the chain isn't allocating enough funds to make it what it could be.
It has beautiful views. Except our room. We had the view of their trash cans and staff smoking outside.
We drove 3 hours for a concert. They have a 3pm check in. We got there around 6pm. They didnt have our room ready. Apparently they were short staffed and had computer issues...read full review

The towels were thin and woren, they left old soap in the shower, and the water went down very slow in the sink. But the shower was good and the bed was comfortable . And all this should not be happening with the price they charged.
