Front desk was fabulous. Lady in restaurant was very rude my husband went to get coffee and breakfast, she was asking something he thought it was tp him so he said I want and she got rilude and said I'm not talking to u .not professional at all .my husband was very upset .
I too had issues with overcharging my credit card for full amount when it was prepaid by the company I work for. That being said, The Bistro served a great breakfast and dinner. That area had a variety of good food from Pirporo, Burios and this hotel restaurant. The food looked good and tasted better. Very nice surprise as we were not expecting much
