Customer service is everything. I will never come here again just because of how hateful the cashier was. My husband and I were kind, excited to try a new coffee place. Was treated very rudely by the girl. She was wearing glasses and dangling earrings. I wish she were wearing a nametag so I could put her name. She really is deferring future business. You will lose money having service like that. As for my husband and I, due to this girls unacceptable treatment, we will never return. I asked which drinks are included in the promotion, she hatefully barked that it included all drinks. My husband asked if they have anything sugar free. She talked to him like he was stupid. Fire this girl. It's more than I can put in a review, but the entire interaction was off. Anything we said in our 4 minute interaction, she rolled her eyes and acted as if our kindness was offensive to her or something. Even with how angry she was, we continued to be kind and simply discussed and decided amongst ourselves privately that we won't be returning. Unfortunately, I'm sure this is probably a great place! But we will never get to experience it as such.

Visited Sunday morning and was blown away by the great service! And my Americano and breakfast sandwich in their cafe atmosphere jumpstarted my day!

Huge coffee spot. We had a cold brew which was very good. Smooth with great flavors. Prices were pretty high, but to be expected considering location.

I ordered the Sunrise breakfast sandwich, an espresso and a drip coffee for $20.82. Was really looking forward to the sandwich and java but this place doesn’t take cash! I haven’t seen this since the covid lockdowns when some places were afraid that money could spread the virus. So I am unable to leave a review of how the coffee and the Sunrise sandwich tastes.

If you’re in the crown center district this is a must stop. It’s a great place for a work meeting, to study, or to just hang out with a friend over a beverage. The coffee is wonderful and my friend ordered a burrito that was the perfect breakfast! We try to stop here everytime we are downtown it’s that great!

Garrett was very personable and professional. He does not normally work at this location. He provided amazing service!

The cinnamon roll was warm and delicious. My latte was well prepared. The space was calming and homely. They have a variety of seating options.

The only downside is the lack of free or covered parking. There is limited curb parking.

Absolutely amazing experience at Grand Coffee Company! The food and drinks were incredible—everything was so fresh and full of flavor. The baristas were super friendly and welcoming, making the atmosphere even better. I love that they are a local business that roasts their own coffee—you can really taste the quality and care they put into it. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredibly kind and passionate about what they do. Highly impressed and would recommend this spot to anyone in the area. A must-visit for coffee lovers!

It’s a very chill place to work from and a nice escape from the chaos of other coffee shops.

If you like flavor add-ins in your coffee but don't want to taste the add-ins, then this is the coffee for you! This place is just blah. I've been here 3 times since they opened and it's the same each experience each time. They're terrible at mixing the coffee so you can't taste the add-ins/flavors. It's also too expensive for terrible tasting coffee. The sizes make no sense. Their 16 oz medium is a small and 20 oz large is a medium at most other coffee places. Grand is a very misleading name for this place.

Their Matcha is really freaking good, but nice atmosphere.
