We arrived at 7pm on a Tuesday evening. Couple of items were cooled off by the time I sat down. I question whether they were old or not kept at the proper temperature. I've had buffets with more choices available. They had some very large prawn that was delicious. We'll go back but not our favorite Chinese buffet.
Hmmm...we ate. Each of the 3 bites of General chicken had good flavor but took about 3 minutes to chew. Quality and flavor of food was definitely lacking. We were very disappointed and will not go back.

It is SO HARD to find quality Chinese in KC, especially on a buffet. I love this place. Great service. Awesome variety. The fact that it's a buffet and a hibachi is a real win. They have top notch crab Rangoons, are one of the few places that I can find coconut shrimp (my favorite), and they do a really nice Honey Chicken. The coconut shrimp really is perfect.
