This may be the best place in KC. With a stunning space and an unpretentious staff, you feel welcome the moment you step in the door. We went last night to watch the USA game and appreciated the comfortable vibe. While it's no surprise the cocktails are great (the el mundo is perfect and the frozen hibiscus drink whose name I can't remember is off-the-charts good), I was also pleased to see some solid food offerings. This place was amazing in terms of drinks vibes and service. Went on a Friday night with 6 people and no reservation, the staff was so kind and accommodating trying to work us in, usually places like this can be so pretentious but there was not an ounce of that from a single person working there. The vibes were so fun, drinks were excellent, staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!
Fantastic bar to experience Mexican food and drink. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Intimate bar with different seating options. Great place to watch some World Cup Soccer matches. You need to visit!

Based on the reviews, Jade Jaguar is an upscale Mexican spot with great drinks and appetizers. The atmosphere is described as amazing, with vibes that make customers feel like they are not in Kansas City. The food comes out ripping hot and seasoned well, though the chips did seem a bit stale and the salsa portion could be bigger. The decor is great for the space, with both lower seating and high top options available. It is Latino owned, and the themed lotería menus and drinks are a nice touch. The restaurant has good access to street parking and is easy to get to. Customers have had a blast for anniversaries and will 1000% be back. Some guests wish cocktail flights of smaller drinks were offered.
