Today (Saturday Sept 13) was my first time going to this restaurant. I was not impressed. It felt very warm on the inside. The salsa was like tomato water bland and tasteless, just like our entire order. Our order was wrong and they added additional drinks on the menu that weren't ours. When we brought it to the attention of our server, she became aggressive and agitated. Not once did she check on us for drinks, more chips or salsa. We didn't even have silverware when our food arrived. It wasn't a good experience, and I had heard so much about this place. I don't think that I will be going back.

I have been here two times and they have always done everything to accommodate us today. They were super busy and super packed and I came in last minute with a party of 10 and they still did everything possible to accommodate us. Awesome service good food awesome drinks

Amazing service for a celebratory dinner after a long day of traveling. Came in 30 mins to close and the bartender Alondra was extremely nice. She gave recommendations and encouraged me to take my time.
Pro tip if you’re going in close to close, be easy going - accept their recommendations - close out the check after ordering and tip well - enjoy your meal.

So when I passed out from choking on the hamburger in my taco salad and passed out and fell to the floor not one of the staff or anyone came to help or check on me even though I was bleeding from eye and lip

I just got to KCMO and my middle son suggested this place! Great suggestion! I'm really not a hugh Mexican food lover but the food was so so delicious!! That ceviche is awesomely good and they give you quite a bit! I had a burrito, so good and my son had the shrimp fajitas! I was going to bring some ceviche back to Denver but they're not open on Sunday and Monday so I missed out...next time! Our server was cool too! If you've never been, go!!!!
