I had my first Luca Bagel today at the Overland Park Farmer’s Market and it was delicious. I am going to pre-order in the future!
Fun Fact: Luca Bagel's egg sandwich on a cheddar serrano bagel with Sriracha mayo on the side is actually the inspiration for the well-known Lizzie McGuire lyrics, "Hey now, hey now; this is what dreams are made of!" Amazing. Chef's kiss. No notes. Five stars, will be back again.
