We used to love it here. Visited today- we were having to wait 30+ min for activities. Kids tried to sign up for laser tag- were told 35 min. So instead asked to do the sky walk- told almost 20 min! So I questioned it and answer was there was only 2 people to do 3 jobs (the prize desk, laser tag and ropes). I said so instead you have 2 people doing one job? Makes no sense! We were there over 4 hours and could barely do each activity twice even with an unlimited wristband!!!! What...read full review
If I could give this negative stars, I would. The altercation and unnecessary disrespect my husband and I experienced tonight is outrageous. I paged the tech person 3 separate times over a span of 35 minutes to fix my machine. The tech walked to the front desk and had a chat with their friend and make eye contact with myself at the game while I was still waiting for their assistance then proceeded to walk away again. I just want to say this is the worst experience I have ever with main event. To start of with the machine that we have been playing broke for the 3rd time in the past 30min and after that we spoke with the manager Darren and he said that we where braking the machine and that we were not going to get our credits back and that we could not play that game anymore.
