Consistently good. Pricing is on the higher end for the queso and some of the main entrees. We've had up and down service over the last year. A couple of times seemed like we were inconveniencing the staff by being there. We've had just as many visits where the service was great. The food is good and that's why we go back!

Overall a great experience. Food had great flavor. Apmostphere was great, and not too loud to be able to have a conversation.

Always great. Been eating there for years. Food was fresh, hot and very flavorful. Staff was bery attentive to our needs. Chips, water, and salsa was always refreshed before we ran out.

I called to inquire about their menu and the rudest lady ever answered the phone. Wouldn’t give her name and hung up on me! Didn’t sound happy at all.

Our to go order lacked the taco that came with the meal. Food we had there was awesome as usual 😋. Server could have been more attentive.

Terrible food. Bland and frozen, gas station nacho cheese. We are a few bites and they only comped off half of the bill. Don't ever come here. There are sooo many better Mexican restaurants within literally the same road

The food was delicious. Customer service was great. They doubled down on checking on us. Tripled down on checking on us. So that wasn't a problem. The food is a little bit too pricey for the portion. But still really, really good. Everything was fresh. The steak in the deep fried chimichanga. By far, the best that I had very moist thick flavorful refried. Beans, the dye for so I rate this a 9.5

Great Mexican food. Really like their salsa, especially the hot salsa which isn't extremely hot. Their enchiladas are very good. Staff is friendly. Lots of parking. I highly recommend.

Used to go once a week. Last three times the tacos were cold. Cheese is not melted. Don't know what happened to my favorite place but not going back

Terrible experience. Ordered #13 didn’t get guacamole, ordered it again a week later, got brown guac and no tortillas with my $20 fajita order. Went in to replace items, blown off by rude customer at their bar. Terrible vibe, how can they still be in business. Having lived in south KC since 1973, I’m sad that this place is so terrible.

First and foremost… I have frequented this restaurant many’s of times and often ask myself after I leave… Why do I keep coming back? I have never encountered a smiling face or anyone that seems happy to be at this restaurant. Especially! The old tired ladies that work the bar. I often get chips and salsa or chk tacos to go. (My fam loves the C&S) I literally had to argue with the bartender tonight about how much salsa comes with my 2 orders of chips and salsa. Which was $14! She tried to tell me someone has been “being nice” ( something she couldn’t be. Weird.) and giving me too much salsa. Nice try! Been coming here too long and tonight was my last. Take your money to Dos De Oros. More authentic, better quality and the staff is inviting and friendly!

1st issue I had a gnat in my sour cream for my taco. The 2nd issue on a different date I had hair in my food. I will no longer eating here.
