We passed through town for a show at Starlight and stopped at Martin City Brewing Company Tavern before the concert, a quick Google search of breweries in the area showed this one and it had great reviews. I am happy to report that the experience overall was excellent. I really enjoyed the beers, especially the Brew 39 and the cafe brown, Jackie Z was a stellar waitress and had great suggestions and was very attentive. The fare here is chef engineered precision, perfect execution of flavor and technique. The service is very casual Martin City style.
Bartender was a great server and the food was hot and delicious.

This place has an attached butcher shop and sell novelty shelved condiments and food foods. The owner and staff are very accommodating and friendly. The staff greeted everyone and are great and attentive. The menu has pizza and beer, hot honey pizza, Apples In Italy pizza, Fish and Chips with Vinegar and house sauce, and the best Sangria in town. The food is nicely presented, smelled amazing, taste so good and is wonderful. The environment feels welcoming and happy, and the service is great. The beer selection is extensive and delicious. A refrigerated area have prepped meals and a coupon can be to try Martin City. The establishment is a five star staple of the Kansas City experience. Impressed and will definitely be returning.
