Visiting a friend in Lawrence ordered Minsky's for delivery. Pretty fast delivery and the pizza is excellent.
Possibly the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. Literally zero service. 90 minutes to get 2 mediocre pizzas that they charged $50 for. Auto added 20% gratuity. All bad.
We showed up unannounced at 7:30pm and requested seating for maybe 8~12 people. Ellaina was more than accommodating. Even as the number fluctuated, they were never flustered, just did whatever necessary with professionalism and poise. And there was already another large party there. Rowan took marvelous care of our table, and her graciousness was appreciated by all. The salads and pizzas were delicious. The atmosphere decidedly upscale.
