Poor customer service by female “manager” on duty at 2:00 9/15/22
I normally don't have issues with this place because I normally pick it up myself. I ordered through door dash 2 nights in a row. The first time the order was correct but the store forgot my au jus and steak sauce. I ordered again today and they forgot my sauce but I was also charged for extra meat that I didn't get. I called the store to ask what they could do to fix it and the guy I spoke to responded by asking me "what did I want them to do about it?" Like really!? You don't...read full review
