Typically I don't have any problem with this location. Today, however, my order took double the time it was supposed to take. When I called to complain after it being 15 minutes late (total time late 30 minutes), I was told it would be out for delivery in 15 minutes. I have ordered through this establish multiple times. I enjoy Pizza Hut pizza and often order when having guests over. This location recently started delivering to my residence. They have delivered to my location several times before. I ordered before 8pm and they confirmed my address. An hour and a half later I'm calling the store to check on where my order is. I am furious even after a few hours. Reason one being it took 25 min to order my freaking pizza and even at that you guys messed it up horribly. None of the pizzas had the right crusts or flavors. I was shorted a few wings. I didn’t get my dessert pizza or ranch then the driver brought my dessert pizza.
