The man at the register is amazing! Not only does he handle both taking coffee orders and serving, but he takes the time to explain the coffee with such passion and detail. Despite being busy, he serves everyone with care and kindness. A great experience overall!
I was confused a bit by the latte menu. The coffee was great the staff was responsive and explained the menu. The space is great surrounded by world class art and located with in a world class institution. Most of the times I have come here to get a bit of work done there was very few people here. Quiet peaceful contemplative space to get work done. Con: not many electrical outlets so make sure your batteries are all charged up.
Today, I took a group of clients from Alphapointe to the Nelson Atkins Museum. The clients are visually impaired. We completed a tactile tour and a tactile art class. The staff was incredible! The instructors gave verbal descriptions of the building, verbal descriptions of the art, and allowed us to touch the art with gloves.
