Love their gluten free options and a separate frier for bottomless gluten free French fries. Their seasoning salt is gluten free as well, just wish the dipping sauce was. Not enough to drop a star!

Incredible hamburgers, bottomless french fries and cold beer! Staff was amazing and very helpful. Very prompt when I needed something. I highly recommend Red Robin.

Food was uncooked even when given directions to cook well. Server never voluntary checked on us. We had to call him over, he was eating in-between serving our food. He checked on his other 2 tables but not us. I had to call the phone to get someone to out table. 100% will not be back. They weren't even busy.

I'm a fan of Red Robin because I have celiac disease, so I have to be gluten free. Red Robin is just about the only place with a dedicated fryer just for allergen purposes. Let me tell you. My visit today was outstanding. The service from Luke was amazing and FAST! The cook, Maclovio, made the best burgers and fries I think I've ever had! The gluten free bun was soft and just excellent! My drink from the bartender, Courtney, was fast and delicious! Hands down this location is superb!!! BEST VISIT EVER!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I just left and our waiters name I believe was Kelsey, she is a tall blonde girl. She was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL to me and my boyfriend. It took over 20 min to get ONLY our drinks and waited over 40 min to get the bottomless fry basket they are supposed to give you when you first get there. The place was practically empty. She ignored us the entire time and we have to ask for our drinks to be refilled and for our food multiple times. Mean while a table who sat down AFTER US. Got their foot instantly and left before we even did. We felt very ignored and couldn’t understand why she was being nice to all of the tables around us BUT US. It’s not that hard to be a nice waitress!?! We will definitely not be coming back here and NEITHER SHOULD YOU. Go to the location in Overland Park their service is WAY BETTER!! If you want to have a nice dinner or lunch take your money else where, it’s not worth your time. And to Kelsey DO BETTER ITS NOT THAT HARD.

Foods ok, service is always a cluster, never have your order on time or correct. Pick up was at 530pm, it's 551pm and food still not here. Just got home and still didn't get the order correct.

I went to the Red Robin in zona Rosa in Kansas City Missouri best hamburgers ever in the fries are to die for the service goes above and beyond. I got a zombie and a banzai burger. (Zombie in photo)
