Based on reviews, Rincon De Las Americas | Restaurante Catracho is a hidden gem right off I-70. It serves very authentic Honduran food with delicious flavor. The pupusas are unmatched and yummy. The Bandeja de Paisa is amazing and enough for two people. Street tacos are good. The menu is all Spanish, with lots of choices. Service is warm, welcoming, and helpful. The owner is nice, and the waitress speaks perfect English. Cleanliness was good. It is one of the favorite restaurants in KC.
