They need to stop taking mobile orders at this location because they just are not equipped for it. Every time I go inside to place an order without placing it in advance it takes at least 30 minutes to get my drink

this is the only starbucks that i go too and im about to stop going there!!! there is only 3-4 people that know how to make my drinks and make them right and every time these new people or people that never make them mess it up they get an attitude it’s clearly printed on my cup how to make my drink i like it sweet with a lot of caramel and if you make it wrong you shouldn’t get an attitude when i’m nice about it every time. can’t even get my coffee today because it was remade twice and it still was nasty!!!

Staff was great .. its the b.s. corporate , Ive got a problem w/, u see I served this great country , Starbucks refused me a discount for even a large cinnamon whatever.. if i wanted just a regular free coffee , I could of just stayed home.. Good enough to lsy my life on line , but not good enough for a free cinnamon coffee.. Pathetic Corporate Greed!!!

This location can get VERY busy, especially during weekday mornings due to its walk ability and demand of the neighborhood/surrounds. This past Friday was the release of the holiday drinks and they were particularly swamped. The staff handled the order volume quite well, but Chris was particularly awesome. He effortlessly greeted every customer that walked through the door, completed orders, and addressed every question and concern with a positive attitude. Though my husband and I had a long wait, we walked away thoroughly impressed with how well our neighborhood Starbucks was operating.

Cool space. Customer service was seriously lacking. 3 people behind the counter while one of the 3 says we will be with you in a minute. Takes them well over 5 min to make my beverages despite there being NO ONE in there placing orders or waiting on orders. The one guy and gal making my beverage were way to preoccupied with their conversation to finish my drink. My name was called and no thank you have a nice day... nothing. Never have I ever been to a Starbucks where they treat their customers as an inconvenience to their personal conversation. I will most definitely not go back there. Im better off going to Roasterie where they look you in the eye and genuinely care that you are there supporting their business.

Horrible customer service. They took off the caramel ribbon crunch CREME (no coffee and the exact same drink otherwise) from the menu and refuse to make it without coffee without ringing each item of the order separately which then creates a $9 drink instead of $6. Management was untrained with customer service and care.
