Cool space. Customer service was seriously lacking. 3 people behind the counter while one of the 3 says we will be with you in a minute. Takes them well over 5 min to make my beverages despite there being NO ONE in there placing orders or waiting on orders. The one guy and gal making my beverage were way to preoccupied with their conversation to finish my drink. My name was called and no thank you have a nice day... nothing. Never have I ever been to a Starbucks where they treat their customers as an inconvenience to their personal conversation. I will most definitely not go back there. Im better off going to Roasterie where they look you in the eye and genuinely care that you are there supporting their business.

Horrible customer service. They took off the caramel ribbon crunch CREME (no coffee and the exact same drink otherwise) from the menu and refuse to make it without coffee without ringing each item of the order separately which then creates a $9 drink instead of $6. Management was untrained with customer service and care.
Friendly and accurate, despite being INSANELY busy much of the time! Lovely store with unique ambiance and seating.

Very disappointing experience at this usually good Starbucks. Watched my drink being made. It was half finished when the barista stopped making it, pulled a tab from the order printing machine (which means it was ordered well after mine), made that full drink and put it on the counter, then went up to the cash register and took five orders, then filled two good orders before going back to finish my drink. Barista 2 also took tabs that printed after my order was started and filled 3 of those before I got mine. My drink, by the way, is just a cold chai tea latte: chai and milk, no steaming, no whip, no add ons.

The baristas here are working hard but the quantity of drinks ordered through mobile order means if you order in the cafe you will wait 15 minutes regardless of the time. This is an issue with order volume and not the baristas.

This store and staff went absolutely above and beyond! I had a door dash order that had my frappe as no ice (um what???) and so i called after to tell them of the issue and thats ehat i discovered that dd did an update and changed so much on its own to reorders! Not only did they make my drink right, but also gave my a coupon and upgraded my drink. This is what fantastic customer service looks like. Thank you so much!!
Always at least 10-20 minute wait. Time to hire more staff.

I placed a mobile order. It was ready by the estimated time. Both drinks were made correctly and the proper temperature. Will be back when in the area.
Parking: There is tons and tons of parking. If you have a large vehicle or are pulling a trailer, you will easily be able to get into the parking lot and park out of the way with room to turn around and leave. Even a brand new semi truck driver would have no problem. Seriously.

I want to give a special shoutout to the kind person who took my order yesterday, Abigail! They gave me some advice on the new macadamia syrup and I ended up with a superb drink (oat milk shaken espresso with macadamia syrup instead of hazelnut). I didn’t get a chance to tell them that the drink was perfect and I appreciated their help! Also this location is soooo cute 10/10 recommend

You can tell they make their drinks with love because every time I come it tastes amazing. The manager was amazing with a kindly Soul ever as well as the staff. Every time I come in, the atmosphere is great the staff is genuly impeccable. Always clean.Five stars.
