I'm still very hurt about the service my family got. abt three years ago. My grandson had a school performance. Afterwards his mom asked where he would like to eat. He said Texas Roadhouse! He was 17 years old doing great winning awards and all. When we arrived it was 2 tables taken. We were told we couldn't be seated and that we could sit in the bar area and wait. We dined in last evening. Worst experience we have had since they've opened. Yes they were busy. The waitress was nice. That is until my husband asked for more ice for his drink. She was so rude. She like SURE WAIT A MINUTE! The only thing we asked except ordering. She slamed a glass full of ice on our table. We were like whoa. Steaks were not cooked right. They took them back.
