I'm still very hurt about the service my family got. abt three years ago. My grandson had a school performance. Afterwards his mom asked where he would like to eat. He said Texas Roadhouse! He was 17 years old doing great winning awards and all. When we arrived it was 2 tables taken. We were told we couldn't be seated and that we could sit in the bar area and wait. We waited about 45 minutes and witness the same waitress showing folks seats as they walked in. We finally ask for a menu. She bought us n then left for awhile to finally come back and take order. I was so upset but didn't show it. None of the other employees cared. I told my grandson, I'm so sorry this thing is still going on. We have excellent table manners and I just feel awful my granddaughter grandson witness this behavior. He's tries to forget but, things must get better. He really likes Texas Roadhouse everywhere else but this place. It's such a ashamed. Train your employees better.
My husband and I had the best experience at this restaurant. The food was good as always. During our meal my husband had to use the rest room. He has some dementia and can’t walk very well. Unfortunately we were sitting at a table which was on the complete opposite side of the restaurant from the rest room. The server noticed our dilemma and said she would guide him over to the restroom. She was back immediately. I said, “Oh, he won’t be able to find his way back to this table.” The server told me not to worry about it. The restaurant manager had taken him over and would wait and bring him back. That is undoubtedly the kindest thing that has ever happened to us in a restaurant. Thank you to the wonderful people at the RoanRidge Texas Roadhouse.
I had a ribeye and there was more fat than meat. Some people might like that but not me. Won't be ordering another one.
