Parking is convenient with quick and polite valet service. The restaurant is considered one of the best steak restaurants in KC, providing a fantastic dining experience for all. The staff, including Chef Grant, shows genuine care, especially when handling dietary restrictions and ensuring every dish is flawless. The Managing Partner, Kim Halloran, is a true leader. The food was spectacular and the service was incredible. A server did an incredible job making sure guests had everything they needed. The table was decorated with little ❤️'s and a congratulation card for an anniversary. The 22oz. bone-in ribeye was very good. The Capital Grille's shrimp cocktail is the best in Kansas City, with 5 XXL shrimp, beautifully presented at an excellent price point. This appetizer has always been a strength of theirs. Despite some concerns about dress code enforcement, the overall experience remains top-notch, with many praising the seamless teamwork and hospitality. The restaurant continues to deliver a top-tier experience that keeps customers eager to return.
