The good, The location and atmosphere were great, right in the heart of downtown made it easy to get around for our event. The staff was mostly friendly enough and the amenities were great. Additionally if we wanted snacks or drinks we could conveniently charge the card on file.
The “needs improvement”: the staff member checking us in made fun of my question regarding parking. Parking isn’t free (which I’ve never experienced at a hotel) and apparently it was hilarious...read full review
