June's Night Club might be Kansas City's best kept secret. I celebrated my birthday here recently, and this is the most fun I've had out in a long time! The atmosphere is so fun and the music is phenomenal. I had a great martini and they played some of my favorite disco hits.

My sister and I came in to use the bathroom after waiting in line at Uptown for a few hours. We decided to stay for a drink and chatted with Max, the bartender, for about half an hour. His vibes were IMMACULATE and we will 100% be back just for him!

Okay so Max, the bartender that has been there every time I've visited, is amazing. He alone makes me want to visit June's. But aside from that, I LOVE the vibe here. Pretty laid back, but still stylish. They of course play excellent music. I dance every time. LOVE.

Racist Property owner - went in there the other night with a group of people of different ethnicities and backgrounds and within 5 minutes after sitting down and looking over the menus we were told that we couldn't be served. The exact words were "The property manager has actually said that we cant serve you" and took our menus back. When we asked for a reason he said he could not disclose that information and sent us on our way without explanation. Given that we entered and had a respectful manner about us from the moment we entered the building, what other reason could be deduced here.
Ask Jason for his White Russian. SO GOOD.
