“Been going to this Wendy's for over 20 years. When we first went there Wendy's still had a salad bar and a potato bar. The food quality is always good and the service is friendly. Several other fast food restaurants have come and gone in the area, but this Wendy's is steady and consistent in their food quality and service level.“
“I normally come here all the time, and there's always some kind of issue with my experience, whether it be the quality of the food, missing items, or poor customer service. Yesterday afternoon, I came through after a long morning shift hungry, and the experience was phenomenal! I was genuinely surprised how good the quality of the food was, and I had a cheese potato with a 4pc of Buffalo saucy nuggs. Everything was hot, and I received butter, Bleu cheese, utensils, etc. without having to ask for them! I come here because it's the closest to my house, but I'll continue keeping this location as my primary as long as the food remains this good each time! Kudos to whoever was in the kitchen yesterday!!“
“I personally liked their French fries and this location is usually incredible.. but they undercooked my spicy chicken sandwiches and I threw up 3 times today. I even asked for them to remake them.. as they did? But the two bites I took was enough to do some damage. I should of received a damn coupon or something.?“
“I like Wendy's. I really do. Genuinely, this location (Antioch Rd, KCMO) can't seem to get an order right. Especially baked potato orders. They are always wrong. This isn't a huge deal. I still get a baked potato, and the cost is a wash. I'd just like to get it the way I ordered it once in a while. I usually order from the app and pick it up in the drive-through. Sometimes, I get it delivered. Maybe I'm using the app wrong.“
“Grabbed a quick spicy chicken sandwich for lunch at the drive-through. Wendy's never disappoints. Thanks for keeping it classic. However, I'm not a fan of the new fries. The older version of the natural cut fries were way better. Other than that, still a great place to grab a quick bite. Drink selection is great too.“
“Wendys was open until 7pm on Christmas Eve. I placed my order on the app before I left my house. It took 15 minutes to arrive. There was zero customers when I arrived. They took another 15 minutes to make the food (almost like they didnt receive my order early). While I was in line, atleast 3 more vehicles drove up.“
