Dairy Queen Reviews
We went through the drive thru and it was very busy; it appeared to be backed up. I was very wrong. The line was continually moving and even though my order was for a family of 5, it was taken and repeated correctly. At the window, it was passed as quickly as all the others.
Very impressive! Congrats to you all (from a former high school Dairy Queen employee) it isn't easy!

There was a kind & friendly person at the register. The fries weren't fresh but the chicken strips were good. The floor is greasy & many tables needed to be wiped down. It wasn't busy.
Amazing service with even more amazing people always have great attitudes towards anyone who comes through the doors!!!

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a casual dining experience with a variety of menu options. Customers have reported issues with the quality of the blizzards, sundaes, and burgers, mentioning that the ice cream can be grainy or watery and lacking flavor. Despite this, the fries are appreciated for their good texture and color, though a fryer clean might be needed. The staff is generally praised for their friendly and accommodating service, with some comments about the fast and clean environment. Recent visits have highlighted both the delicious chicken tenders and the banana split, which were enjoyed by customers. The restaurant is accessible for wheelchair users, with bathroom assistance available. However, some reviews mention a lack of organization during busy times, with employees scrambling to fulfill orders and confusion about delivery, suggesting that management could improve the overall efficiency.
