I’ve taken my girlfriend here multiple times and every single visit has been consistently amazing. The service is always fast, friendly, and on point. The staff moves like they’re running a well-oiled sushi machine but still make you feel welcome and taken care of. Last night we were on a waitlist for 45 minutes, and honestly? That just proves how good this place is. You don’t wait almost an hour for mediocre food. When a restaurant is that packed, that consistently, it tells you everything you need to know. People want it. And once you sit down, you understand why. The food is absolutely delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented every time. Whether it’s classic rolls or specialty creations, everything tastes like it was made with care. It’s one of those spots where you finish eating and immediately start talking about what you’re ordering next time. I genuinely hope nothing changes because they’ve nailed it. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. It’s a perfect date night spot and one of the best sushi experiences in the area. The only downside, and this has nothing to do with Sushi Ai itself, is walking through the cloud from the pizza place next door where people tend to hang out. That part can be… aromatic. “Cellar House is my favorite restaurant in South County by a wiiiiide margin! I try to stop in at least once every couple of months and make it my business to always attend their pop-up dining events. Cellar House features an ever-evolving seasonal menu with new offerings every quarter as well as menu staples that never get old. The Tuna Sliders are an entree favorite of mine and the goat cheese and brussel sprouts appetizers never disappoint. The flatbreads are always creative and flavorful as well. For dessert I’m always ordering the bread pudding if it’s on the menu!

Though the food is fabulous I’m a sucker for their creative cocktail selections and no matter what I choose it doesn’t seem like they can mix a bad one. I particularly love their bourbon and mezcal cocktails. And during the holiday pop-up there’s always a flaming drink to be had. I’m a sucker for an aromatic herb smoke to accompany my cocktail.

Finally, we have to talk about the staff. The servers, bartenders, and hosts are never anything but kind, warm, and helpful. Shout out to Jose for being the absolute best as well. And of course the owner is almost always present to welcome diners and is himself just such a sweet person. If you dine here you’ll be made to feel like family and the entire atmosphere is so inviting and comfortable.“

“This Waffle House on Telegraph Road was fantastic! The service was incredibly fast—our food came out so quickly that it felt like it arrived almost before we finished ordering. Everything was hot, fresh, and exactly what we were craving.

Our server was attentive from start to finish, making sure our drinks stayed filled and that we had all the condiments we needed. It was clear the team was focused on providing great customer service.

I also noticed several managers outside actively beautifying the property, trimming trees and taking pride in maintaining the restaurant's appearance. That level of care really stood out.

“I have been messaging back and forth with the owner for over a month to plan my daughters graduation party. We did a Sunday, so we had the entire place for just our private event. There was a heat index of 118+ that day so the AC had some trouble keeping up and I do know other restaurants in the area had to close down because of AC issues. Even with all that, the team had reached out to an HVAC company right away. The amazing staff immediately brought out large fans and had ice waters poured and ready to go for when guests arrived. Patti, Amy, and Parker all asked me several times if they could help me set up my own decorations- the restaurant itself already was set up for my party and looked amazing. There was excellent communication throughout the event. The food was delicious, and the service was top notch. Most of all, my daughter loved it. We come in about 2X a month usually so I was comfortable hosting the party here. I am glad I did. We will definitely do this again for other events. Huge thanks to Amy, Patti, Parker, and Colleen! Also worth noting, for a catered event, the price was extremely fair! Sorry no pics of the food...but the sandwiches, pretzels, wings especially, T Ravs, and salad were ALL delicious!“

“I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and a glass of wine. The waitress was very friendly and attentive and my food and drink arrived within mere minutes. The red wine was an ok table wine, while the spaghetti arrived piping hot. The two large meatballs were very flavorful and the sauce on the fine spaghetti noodles was slightly flat. In my opinion it needed a bit more salt which I simply added myself. Overall the meal was enjoyable and the price was very reasonable. The portion was large so I brought half home for lunch the next day. My only criticism would be the atmosphere. It was too dark where I was sitting; I'm not a fan of eating by candlelight. I feel that dark dining vibe is a bit outdated.“
