“I placed an order on the app during lunch on a busy and beautiful Friday afternoon. There was an error (probably made by me when ordering) with the toppings on two of the sandwiches. We realized that they weren’t right after we got home. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager to ask if we could have the sandwiches remade. He was kind, understanding and happy to correct the error. The new sandwich were waiting for me when I returned to Subway. I sincerely appreciate how the situation was handled by the manager. He is doing a great job!“
