Cafe Amalia Reviews
We finally tried Cafe Amalia in Kirkwood! I have been eying this cafe since it opened a few months ago, but haven't had time to come in.
First off, the atmosphere is stunning. I've never really seen a double decker cafe, but this cafe has two separate dining rooms! We opted for the upstairs. It was super clean and modern inside. The service was so amiable and helpful, we really felt at home. You order at the counter but plenty of people come around to ask if you need help....read full review

We travel to STL from Columbia often and I'm so glad we stopped by Cafe Amalia.
The flavors were absolutely incredible-fresh, authentic, and perfectly seasoned. Every dish was presented beautifully, with so much attention to detail that it made the whole meal feel special.
I can't wait to come back and dine here again.

Delightful in every way.

Cafe Amalia is a beautiful cafe that is aesthetically pleasing and a fresh new find. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting, and the staff is always incredibly kind, attentive, and easy to talk to. The service is amazing, and everyone is personable and friendly, making guests feel comfortable and appreciated. The cafe is very clean inside with a cute vibe, and there is an upstairs and downstairs, with the downstairs being remarkably more aesthetic.
The food is delicious and fresh, and everything ordered tastes great. Specific meals mentioned include the chicken gyros, the Olympian stack, the chicken farro bowl with a cinnamon/nutmeg farro flavor combo combined with goat cheese and chicken, and a steak sandwich that was a 10/10. The drinks are also amazing and one of the highlights, with the Freddo Cappuccino and the Garden of Eva being loved. One of the owners even came over to a table to personally check on guests. Overall, Cafe Amalia offers great food, drinks, and amazing service, and is a place worth visiting.
