Poor service, rude, understaffed, and not all menu items available. We travel 30 miles to eat Chipotle and will travel a bit further next time to a different location. Stay away from this Kirkwood location, this is the second time in a row we've had a bad experience there.
Good food fast service (sometimes)
The good - large parking lot
The bad - everything else. Employee's don't seem to enjoy their jobs here very much. Restaurant is messy, trashcan overflowing, I say pinto beans but am given black beans, and they wear their hats sideways lol. Rice was undercooked, and extra means nothing. I would say go to a different Chipitle but they are all rated poor so I'm not sure if there is a good one to recommend...
