“As someone with food allergies (soy, nut, and seed), I REALLY appreciate that fit-flavors has an in-store menu showing which current menu options fit my dietary needs! They probably have it online too, and I just haven't needed to find it. Their menu options are ALL low in sodium because - let's be honest - there is too much of it in everything "prepared"! That isn't a concern with fit-flavors. I can salt everything to my own (and my family's when we buy in bulk!) tastes and know that I'm getting the same quality food that I would make at home myself. Fresh produce and high-quality meats; straight up delicious meals. Quote me on that.“

“Kathleen is customer service. She is all you need. She was there to great me immediately when I came in. Showed me all the meals to choose from and gave me a full rundown of everything. They have an amazing smoothie bar. Kim made me a delicious healthy smoothie making me realize I should be coming here for my smoothie craves instead of smoothie king. I left with lunch for 4 days and a smoothie. I loved the living/kitchen room vibe in the front of the store with microwave as well as the self checkout. I watched a guy run in a grab a meal, did self checkout and was out the door in no time.

Now this is the most important thing!!! My meal was soooo good!!! Wow. The turkey meatballs were so flavorful and moist. Today's lunch is mushroom chicken risotto. Having the nutritional facts on the wrapping makes everything so easy when counting cals.“

“Went back for a 2nd time (2days in a row), customer service was still top tier, and the drinks were amazing. I brought my husband with me for a post workout drink. I ordered a protein lemonade pomegranate & wild berry flavor. It was absolutely delicious. I was so flavorful. It was a little too sweet so I brought it home and watered it down a little. My husband got an ice cream sandwich flavored shake. Tasted exactly like an ice cream sandwhich. Both were loaded with at least 22-23g of protein!“

“We have always liked Crazy Bowls and Wraps. The service at this location is actually much better than at their Sunset Hills location. They keep the dining room clean and they're pretty fast. The bathroom sometimes is a little messy. I love two of their teas, but it seems like the choices are a bit more limited now. Our biggest complaint is their prices have increased by a noticeable amount, and their portions are much smaller than they used to be. The wraps have lost at least a third of their size, and their rice crispy treats are like half the size they were just years ago. This seems to be a trend at a lot of restaurants, and consumers are going to eventually notice. I like their condiments, but do miss the sesame seeds. They did away with those years ago. We will still occasionally visit, but we have a few other restaurants with slightly lower prices and larger portions. Update: We recently visited the Sunset Hills location and the person who waited on us was excellent, friendly, and prompt.“

“Visited this place for the first time. I got the salmon, teriyaki stir fry bowl with white rice and it was delicious. It also was a pretty good portion size. I also got the lobster rangoons which were hot and delicious! Would definitely eat that again. I ate in and the service speed was decent, nothing too bad. My boyfriend got the chicken mediterranean wrap and he really enjoyed it; big portion too. All-around pretty good and I’ll be visiting again! :-)“
