“A Hidden Gem in St. Louis!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I were visiting for an event when we heard about this spot from some friendly folks at the airport—and wow, what a recommendation! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cozy, cute, and creatively inviting, setting the perfect tone for an amazing experience. THE FOOD? Absolutely incredible. We ordered enough to last the weekend, and let me tell you—those Brisket Burnt Ends & The Brisket Burger somehow tasted even better the next day! “I came in on a day where it was REALLY busy and a lot was going on. Luckily, I had time to sit and wait for my food. I had ordered ahead and Linda and Kat at the front were was trying to help me find my food. Then, Jacquelyn came over to speak with me and hesitantly told me it could be 15-20 minutes. Told her it was no problem and I had my NYT games to play. She offered me a free drink while I waited, apologized profusely, and checked in whenever they were working on my order. It was a hectic day but the customer service was doing a great job.“

“Wow this place was amazing, I cannot wait to go back next time I’m in town!!! The menu was a unique take on brunch familiar brunch items. Everything sounded so good it was tough to decide what to get. We all got different meals to share and all of it was delicious! And pretty big portions, oh it was SO good. I had a medicinal mushroom coffee tasted great and had me feeling great all day.“

“Their online ordering site says they have curbside pickup and I parked out front where several signs indicate the number to text for curbside pickup. The response received indicated their pick up staff have been cut and I should come in to get my order. I would not have ordered had I known curbside pickup was unavailable. I called and told a staff member I couldn't come in and requested a refund. She asked me what type car I had and said she would send the order out. It took more than 15 minutes and a second phone call before they brought it out. (Another car pulled up during this time and received curbside delivery while I still waited.)“

“First time at Picklemans. Staff was upbeat and courteous. Great value for the money. Restaurant clean. Bread was fresh, vegetables fresh. Lemonade was awesome. The chips were a brand I wasn't familiar with, but they were delicious. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was that the chicken salad was a bit bland. Otherwise, I would recommend and will go back again.“

“Great local casual restaurant! All the food was delicious, fresh, and from scratch! We loved the chicken bowl and rotisserie chicken. The mashed potatoes were superb, and everything was seasoned perfectly. The 80’s deep tracks were very enjoyable! Super clean and nice decor as well. We will definitely be back!“

“We ordered Russos delivery to cater our wedding and they surpassed our expectations. For $1,000, we fed 80+ people and still had leftovers for days. Definitely ordered too much but that’s because we didn’t realize the subs were so packed with meats and cheese. Probably the best subs we have ever eaten. The pastas, fruits, cheeses, and salads were delicious as well. Our only disappointment was with the roast beef sandwiches which were lacking in the meat department as compared to the subs. But overall, a superb experience. We will definitely be ordering again as needed. Well done!“

“Service was impeccable and the food was amazing, portions plenty with fair value prices! Most impressive was were CLEAR take home food containers eliminated any doubt or confusion of whose and contents. The only non 5 star was the pulsating music , a bit loud for the over 60 crowd .“

I spoke with Glen today and he made it right. He showed he genuinely cares about his customers. For that, I thank him and will be trying Flower Child again, and see how that goes.

I have ordered from here and went in person numerous times over the past year. In the last 3 months, it has really gone downhill. The last 2 times I went in person, the sweet potato fries were not able to be given to us because they said there was a 30 minute delay. They gave us macaroni instead which was nice, and promised a refund that I never received. Then, the last 3 doordashes the fries were hard, burnt, and inedible. It's a shame because I pay good money to eat healthier options at lunch, especially with my gallbladder being removed, so I can not worry about flare ups and feel confident that I can continue my work day, by eating healthier options, and not getting sick. This used to be my favorite place but I'm disheartened now. 😔 I wish it would let me upload the pics.“

“On our first trip to STL we wanted to try a Missouri style pizza and this little shop was right down the road from our Vrbo. The lunch specials were a great value. Our family ordered a few different items and we all sampled them. Everything we tried was tasty. Great job!“

“We visited the Art Museum last week and then had lunch at The Panorama resturant at the suggestion of a friendly person we met earlier at the Half and Half in Clayton. This person told us about how great the brussel sprouts were at the Panorama and so we had to try them and they were fabulous. All of us, including my mother, who is 88 years young, thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We set next to the large wall of windows and the sun shone perfectly, lighting the room with a beautiful warmth. The server was excellent and the menu becons our return.“
“today after work, i accidentally left my wallet, with my ID, debit and credit cards, cardinal game tickets, and $300 cash in a cart at shnucks outside. their cart attendant, Pierce, returned it with everything in it. Pierce is why i have faith in humanity, and i’m so happy that my local Shnucks employs such great people. Please give Pierce my ultimate thanks, and do something kind for him!“

“I’ve been eating at this Chick-fil-A since they opened and I have never had a single issue. Today, however I may have ordered something a little complicated when I got home the food that I received wasn’t at all what I ordered I went in and spoke with the manager.I believe her name was Patricia . She was so kind and explained to me the error that happened and how it happened. Rather than just give me some pickles to fix the issue and tomatoes to fix the issue. She wanted to make sure that I had warm hot and fresh food to feed my family.
Chick-fil-A is known for having the best customer service out there, but I want the recognition to go to those who deserve it. This is the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to.
