“Showed up at 10:28 to dine in. There were people sitting inside eating and people waiting to order inside. We walked in the first door but the second door to get inside the restaurant was locked. A lady with red hair and an orange apron came out and very hostile said “we’re closed drive through only” pushed us out and slammed the door in our face.

Edit: Today we got a call from one of the other managers, they were very remorseful and the issue has been resolved. We came today and ordered some food with Kat (she was not the manager from last nights issue) and she was so sweet. I got my McChickens and she expressed the matter is being delt with. Food was hot and tasty!“

“Went through the drive through Friday. Very good service and the girl helping me could not have been nicer. She kept giving my little Alaskan Klee kai doggie treats. Would recommend going to anyone, good food and great employees.“

“My 94 year old mom and I visit the Osage Beach Culver's every two weeks while my son is getting treatment at Lake Regional. Vicky is always so friendly and helpful. When she sees us coming she comes to open the door and offers lots of assistance while we're eating. Her service is 5-star!!!“

“We stopped at Steak'n'Shake today. We love the fact it's fast and fresh. Today a school bus full of kids come in. At least 25 kids came in to eat. Doris, Sue and McKenzie we working. They bust their butt's waiting on everyone. We watched as the manager and assistant manager never once came out to help these poor girls. I worked retail for 30+ yrs and in my job the Management would be out helping where needed. They could have came out and cleared tables.“

“Wanted to pay for customer behind me and was told that I couldn't. I didn't want the customer to know that I was paying for their food. It's my money and I should be able to pay for someone else. There was an officer outside and I said if I wanted to pay for his would I be able to and was told no. I won't be going back. There are at least 3 other places in the area that I can be nice to the customer behind me. So sad ?“

“There was wayyyyy too much ketchup, and mustard on my sandwich, eating it was difficult because I couldnt keep the hamburger patty on the bun, it kept sliding around so much, half way thru I just threw it away, too messy. From now on I will request my sandwiches with just, l, t, o, p. The rest of meal good.“
