Place had roaches when I worked here and treated me like absolute garbage. The chef would wash his hands in the same exact sink where he put cooked and cut up potatoes. Than he would constantly eat all day in front of me, refusing me a meal. Even if I paid for it. Fully regret not stealing from them before I left. I had numerous chances. P.o.s owners moved from Kansas and never worked in a kitchen in their lives and had zero kitchen communication.
By far the best breakfast at the lake and service is unmatched.
Rusty Rooster is our go-to breakfast spot at Lake of the Ozarks. Incredible cinnamon rolls, boozy breakfast drinks, and a fun wait staff.
