“We get Nancy’s often, but tonight was special. We got a thin crust and an original stuffed Chicago-style deep dish. The crusts and toppings were absolutely perfect!!! My husband is from Chicago and this reminded him of home! We HIGHLY recommend!“

“As always, I absolutely love the food here. As someone born and raised in St. Charles, the pizza here always fills me with a nostalgic glee. While the prices have gone up since I was a kid, the staff and atmosphere make up for that alone, while the food makes it even better. Parking: Spots infront of restaurant &huge parking lot belonging to Walmart one row behind &to the side. Plenty of parking for the whole strip.

Kid-friendliness: The ladies are super friendly with my kids. Always answering questions &asking them how they are doing also&what they are interested in. So nice. Family feelings when we walk in the door.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. We've managed a walker.“

“The manager is awesome and immediately corrected our problem. We called in because we were delivered 2 burnt pizzas (one side of each pizza) and explained we were certain they probably just got stuck in the conveyor belt and he was understanding and agreed this was the problem while sending us a fresh new order right away. He said he’d get them to us in 30 min and I tell you it was like 30 min on the dot. Great manager that did his job and wasn’t rude like ‘cough’ Papa John’s management. We’ll be ordering again because mistakes happen and he corrected the issue at hand and with kindness! I say 4 stars because the first round was burnt but the guy for sure gets 5 stars. This is what gets you returning customers. :)“

“I’ve always known Alfano’s for good takeout, but dining inside at one of their 2 tables in house is next level. Having their pizza straight out of the oven is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Their traditional hand-tossed off-the-pan has simultaneously both a crispier crust and chewier dough than out-of-the-box; friggin’ phenomenal. Alfano’s is always a good choice, but if you have a moment to sit and enjoy it fresh, the chef-inspired presentation and oven-side banter with the owner and crew won’t disappoint.“

“They had new cooks on the line. Accidentally sent me 8 T-ravs instead of 10. Counted them didn’t know how much it was supposed to be. Caleb answered the phone, I asked him “are there supposed to be 8 T-ravs in each order ?” He immediately said no it should be ten what was your order number? I told him and although I insisted I come pick up the other 2 he said he’d have a driver on my way with a whole new order in just a minute. Got here in 10 minutes. Amazing service Caleb and the delivery driver were both amazing. Strongly recommend this location for pizza in wentzville the food is amazing and the service is even better. Thank you Caleb!!“

“I am there person that came in and praised the papa Johns’s worker who made my carry out order today. I have a lot of respect for this store and papa Johns in general. My wife and I love papa Johns and enjoy getting it delivered, in a very reasonable time, and get good service from carry out. The Dominos in the same plaza as them, that we have given plenty of chances from time to time, have given us terrible service, long delivery times, and have messed up the quality of every single order we have gotten.

“I want to give Papa Johns a HUGE Thank You for saving the night for me! I called and needed pizzas delivered to my daughters work after another pizza place (Marcos) were not helpful over the phone. Should of called here first! I wanted to surprise my daughter and staff with pizzas after her ‘not so good’ day then having to work late so Darrione at Papa Johns handled everything for me making me feel at ease by delivering 4 pizzas. The wonderful young lady deliver them and wouldn’t give any hints who they came from except ‘Secret Santa’.
