Friendly service love their teas and shakes
Normally I would want to recommend a place, but when the customer service is so lacking one morning, I have to say something. I just went in there to get two titan teas - even wearing Titan merch - but the girl misheard me and gave me two tiger teas. When I told them that I ordered titan, they did not offer to remake them, they just said “oh well we heard tiger.” Again, the incorrect order was frustrating (but not worthy of a negative review) but the lack of customer service...read full review
