Onion soup was not very good and barely any cheese on it.
I’m a Panera customer …better saying I was…for few times I ordered my breakfast sandwich for fast pick up and when opening it, totally different deal. Was not happy but continued a customer.
This morning ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches to be delivered to my work, address was correct and DOORDASH delivered in another building, somewhat far from where I was. $10.99 salad with wilted brown lettuce. Ordered 9 meals today from the Chipman Road location in Lee's Summit, MO. Four salads. All had brown lettuce we had to pick out. One was customized with no feta. It is even noted on the customer copy. Yep Feta all over it. Even picking that off doesn't change the taste. Went online to Panera to take their survey. Ha.
