“Shout out to the Culver’s employee who made my beautiful strawberry fields salad this evening! It was PERFECTION!! Not only was the salad beautiful, but everything was Super Fresh! The lettuce was so very fresh & crisp; the strawberries were perfectly ripe, juicy, & freshly sliced; the grilled chicken was a generous portion & still warm, but not so hot as to wilt the lettuce. The pecans & blue cheese chunks weren’t soggy. Perfection! 😁Thanks so much!“

Ordered a breakfast burrito with tots and my husband ordered a smash burger with tots. We only received 2 napkins, it is like they forgot how greasy their food is despite the grease soaked bag they handed us. There was also no salsa/picante sauce, so we had to call them back up to ask for some. I also tried ordering a Paradise sunset drink because I saw the sign advertising the drink out front. The guy said that is an old drink and they don't know what's in it. I later looked up online and saw that Sonic had recently added it to their permanent menu, maybe they should know how to make what they are advertising. Just a disappointing trip.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and onion rings. The onion rings are delicious!

Ordered some supersonic breakfast burritos to go with my hubby and I think they've gotten smaller. Everything was great except the size.“

“Product is always top notch. It’s the reason why people will wait so long to get it.

And that’s the reality. Due to a flawed process at this location, you will wait longer than need be. The counter person would take four orders and then walk away to make them leaving the window unmanned for nearly ten minutes. Customers coming to the window stood there for minutes with no engagement leading to a few simply walking away. Consumer dissatisfaction and loss of revenue on something that is easily correctable.

Is the product worth the wait? Absolutely. Could there be a better user experience? Most certainly

Best recommendation for this location? Use the drive thru. While the line looks painfully long, I was able to observe they were addressing - from start to finish - four drive thru customers to every one counter customer.

Don’t mind driving a few miles west? The next location on Barry road has always been the fastest Andy’s I’ve come across in the metro area. A few minutes of driving for a much better experience.“

“I stopped here for dessert with my friends. The staff was very nice, and let me try a couple flavors before I decided what I wanted. I had a scoop of the triple mango and a scoop of the very berry strawberry. Both were good, especially the mango.“
