I just want to share that I called multiple fast food chains within Liberty, Missouri, to inquire if the food options were safe for me to dine at with my nut allergy. I was either put on hold, directed to a corporate office, or hung up on by all of those fast food chains that I called. Staff did not communicate with each other well. Ending with me waiting and getting skipped in a line that did not exsist. I was first.. ---- Long rant --I walked in and was greeted, that's nice. But then I stepped in line, store was not busy. No one in line. Someone was sweeping. Someone was refilling ingredients, one was stocking shelves on floor side, 2 in the back chatting about. Based on customer reviews, Jersey Mike's Subs is known for having the best subs around, with incredible sandwiches like the Big Kahuna, chicken, and steak. The bread is very soft, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The food is great and doesn't take long to wait for. However, the customer service is mixed. Some employees, like the gentleman running the Togo line, are very polite with great customer service skills, and all staff can be super friendly and helpful. In contrast, one counter person had a very poor demeanor and appeared bothered by customers. There are also issues with online delivery orders, as staff can be too lazy to check customization options, leading to mistakes like receiving bacon and mayo when they were not requested, causing cross-contamination concerns. While the food quality is high, the service can vary significantly.
