“This place was incredible!!! I was able to get a HUGE bowl of gluten-free ramen for $14, with plenty for two meals. My wife had a poke bowl that was also huge and very tasty. I was also pleasantly surprised to find they had a lot of gluten-free options without extra charge, including soy sauce, mochi, and sesame balls (which are insanely good). The robot that brought out the food was very polite and played happy music, and the workers behind the counter were kind and great at answering our questions. Overall, the place was very clean with quality indoor/outdoor seating and a fun happy atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegetarian looking for big bowls of delicious poke bowls or ramen!“

“We were introduced to this little local secret when we ate at our favorite place Hunan Garden. We ordered a fancy drink and a very nice young woman brought it in from outdoors. The BobaRun is next door. All of us tried a drink and loved them so much we came back the next day. The shop is clean and bright. You are met with smiles and they were helpful and answered our questions about the drinks. So many drinks! Pastries too. All looked delicious. We received a punch card so we hope to quickly fill it up and get a treat. The place is decorated with fun, bright, welcoming colors and would be great for an outing to bring the grandchildren. What a treat! I had a Mango Slush with popping beads and whipped cream. I think a Mango Slush comes with all this normally. We never experienced the popping beads and they were the best unexpected treat at the bottom of the cup! This is our new place. We’re going to try many more flavor combinations. Good place to meet the girls before a shopping trip too.“

“Always a great choice for lunch. I have the KC strip or the salmon usually but the burger and the pork chops are really good also. so it's the chicken sandwich! I go here regularly and the service is usually really good unless you have someone who just started but the food is worth it.“

“Product is always top notch. It’s the reason why people will wait so long to get it.

And that’s the reality. Due to a flawed process at this location, you will wait longer than need be. The counter person would take four orders and then walk away to make them leaving the window unmanned for nearly ten minutes. Customers coming to the window stood there for minutes with no engagement leading to a few simply walking away. Consumer dissatisfaction and loss of revenue on something that is easily correctable.

Is the product worth the wait? Absolutely. Could there be a better user experience? Most certainly

Best recommendation for this location? Use the drive thru. While the line looks painfully long, I was able to observe they were addressing - from start to finish - four drive thru customers to every one counter customer.

Don’t mind driving a few miles west? The next location on Barry road has always been the fastest Andy’s I’ve come across in the metro area. A few minutes of driving for a much better experience.“

“Tried for the 1st time since they opened. Huge open space with a nicely designed and very large bar as the centerpiece of the restaurant. Plenty of TVs for viewing games, with table and booth seating throughout.
Ordered the Beef Birria Grilled Cheese and the Reuben. The beef Birria was a pretty good sandwich. The consomme it came with for dipping complimented the sandwich nicely. Thought there might have been too many jalapeños on the sandwich, as it kind of overpowered the taste of the beef and cheese, but a unique spin on turning birria tacos into a sandwich nonetheless.
The reuben was lights out great! Our server Lacey highly recommended it, and she wasn't wrong. Eaten a lot of Reubens, and it is one of the best I've had in KC. Both sandwiches were accompanied with pub fries, which were very solid.
Overall a very good experience. The space was nice, food was above expectation, and Lacey provided great service. Won't hesitate to try again when I am at Harrah's.“
