The food was absolutely delicious and the restaurant itself was clean and cozy.. highly recommend the Brussels and belly appetizer and the salmon power bowl. Both were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection! I cannot wait to go back!!“

“The food is pretty good but they nickel & dime you. Example, when you order a salad, it comes with not enough dressing & I’m one who does not require or want a lot or extra salad dressing on my salad. But they charge extra for each addition little cup of salad dressing. And after the party I was with left, I ordered takeout for my wife. They said they gave my order to someone in my party, which I know for a fact they did not. When I got home with the order I had to wait for more than twice as long for, they did not put the extra salad dressing I ordered & payed for in my bag. I know I should’ve checked but I trusted them & they failed.“

“We've been going to Lester's for years. My whole family. The food is AMAZING. The service knows us by name. The BBQ brisket salad with onion rings on top with ranch and barbecue sauce is YUMMY! I recommend Lester's. My whole family loves the place. Top notch!“

“We ordered the sweet and spicy wings, pretzel, Cajun chicken pasta, and the buffalo chicken wrap. Everything was okay. It’s something to come to chill, eat, and catch up with a friend. Nothing really stood out as super delicious. I might come back to try their burgers. The wing sauce was good, but the chicken itself was a bit overcooked. The pasta was really saucy (which was a bonus), but it lacked flavor. The pretzel was actually good! Super soft and I like that it had 2 sauces. The wrap could have been warmed on the outside and a better proportion of ingredients on the inside. Our server was nice!“

“While I'll still recommend it...I did go to the Twin Oaks location tonight and they had taken the adult grilled cheese with tomato soup off the menu. 😢😢😢 I just had it there a few weeks ago. They had also taken the zucchini appetizer off the menu. Everything I went there to order is not completely off the menu. And there isn't a suitable substitute. I hope you'll consider bringing those back.“

“A beautiful restaurant with many Irish paintings and posters, wonderful food and excellent service, accompanied by….. Irish music…? No…., they play awful R-rated pop/rap, with nasty lyrics and a sickening, sinister sound.\n\nWe go there a couple of times every month for lunch on Sundays (on the restaurant side, not the bar/television side, and we can hardly believe the music - sick lyrics celebrating a failed subculture…. with families, small kids and babies, evidently oblivious.\n\nThey should play, uh, Irish music, there’s more out there than you might think.“

Burgers are seasoned well and grilled to your liking and your choice of toppings, fries were crispy and onion ring were crispy and flavorful. “There are always good choices on the menu, but I was looking for a light meal. I picked an old time favorite that I hadn't had for a while, Chicken Wonton Tacos and it was certainly a good choice. Carrie was our server and was friendly and attentive. I will be back soon.“

“My favorite place for a burger in West County. Beer is cold and staff is friendly. Good healthy options if you’re into that kind of thing. Golf simulators, but remember to make a “tee time” which is easy to do via their website.“

“I grew up going to Duffy's, so it has always been a favorite in my family. Last month, we had my dad's celebration of life there in the banquet room with the most delicious buffet. I highly recommend having their banquet room for any celebration. Our server, Josh, was so awesome, knowledgeable, and quick to attend to our party of 50 or so. We even went back the next day for the St. Patrick's Day celebration where I've spent many St. Patrick's Days at. “We came on a very busy day, but after some waiting, which can't be helped, we were given a seat. Our server was friendly, but we didn't see him very much, probably due to it being so busy. The food was great and I was impressed with the portion size. We also had our 14 month old son and they were quick to help bring what he needed. Overall, it was a good experience. I definitely would want to pick a less busy day, but they worked well.“

“We had my niece’s 25th birthday here and I was a fabulous party. We asked for Becky to serve us which she always does with exuberant smiles and attention. Matt, Satchmo’s owner, was here and mingled with us like any bar/restaurant should. As a chef, this tells me volumes of how he runs his establishment. I religiously order the pork green chili(which is phenomenal) and the fish and chips were to die for, exactly how I like it. This place is the quintessential neighborhood bar!“

It would probably help if the waitress wrote our order down instead of doing it all off memory.
