“It's a very good pie to go alongside some of the best beer you can find anywhere. Like all Side Project uh projects, you are going to pay for the quality you get back. In this case, as with the beer at the main brewery or cellar locations, it's worth it for a splurge every once in a while.“

“In town from Ohio for the UD-SLU game and arrived at Blue Jay Brewing 45 minutes before scheduled opening (unknowingly). Our first time there based on a recommendation down near Pappy’s. Jay saw us outside, pulling on a locked door, and invited us in. The beer was very good - I had the Monarch, a Munich style Dunkel. Jay and his wife are doing it right. Recommend you make this one of your stops while in town. GO FLYERS!“

“Jake the owner has honestly the best beers in town and he'll make it a point to come talk to each and every person who comes in the Civil Life man I love this place and it has a old British atmosphere. Not enough kind words to say about this place.“
“Doesnt look promising as you turn on but keep going. The beer was much better than expected and the staff was very friendly. They have a small but unique onsite kitchen (Mess Hall) and loads of space indoors and outdoors. This is a worthwhile stop.“
“We experienced the Clydesdale VIP tour yesterday and highly recommend it. Our guide was Randy and he did a fabulous job of sharing information regarding the history of Anheuser-Busch and how the Clydesdales became part of their iconic signature. The biggest thrill of the tour was meeting Lester, a semi retired former lead horse on a Clydesdale team. We were able to able to talk to him, pet him and take photos with him. It was a dream come true experience!“

“Great beer and friendly service“
“We did the Day Fresh tour on a Thursday morning (10:30am) in June. The tour lasted about 90 minutes with several stops during the tour. We visited the Clydesdale horses and stable, fermenting and bottling buildings, sampled beer while we learned about the ingredients in Budweiser beer, took a trolley ride back to the staring place, and ended the tour with a 20oz draft as part of the tour. Also part of the Day Fresh tour, everyone over 21 was given a bottle of beer that had been bottled less than 24 hours before. This tour was great-make sure to spend time in the gift shop after the tour. So many fun gifts and souvenirs. Highly recommend!!

“We were visiting St. Louis for a couple of days and found this gem not far from our Airbnb. After a long drive a cold beer was in order and this brewery did not disappoint. They also have some really good Sours and one that is aged in a Chardonnay barrel, it was sooo good!“

“We just hosted our daughter’s wedding reception at the AB Biergarten. From planning to execution we could not have been happier. Heather is an amazing coordinator and made the decision making process so easy. The staff on-site for the day of the event were terrific. It was an amazing day. Additionally, we used vendors that were all recommended by the team at AB, and they were all exceptional. Highly recommend this venue for a wedding reception“

“20260608 Vacationing in STL and had a dinner with my friends from STL here tonight. Kailey was our waitress and she was excellent. This is my 3rd time visiting STL in the last 3.5 years, and the first time I had an attentive, competent and friendly waitress taking care of me and my friends. The food was good, and the prices are very reasonable considering how inflation has negatively impacted everyone's (businesses and individuals) wallet. The outdoor dogfriendly covered patio with ceiling fans was perfect, protecting us from the summer heat. I would come back for my future gathering with friends. Thank-you, Kailey!!“

“Nice, chill place to watch World Cup game. Excited to try more of the food options, the chicken sando was really good with its sauce and citrus coleslaw.
The Sober Paloma was not great, but I’m not a huge fan of grapefruit so that’s probably my fault. It was like a little grapefruit juice mixed with a soda.“
“An excellent establishment! Great beer and cocktails. Their GM Sarah was so kind and helpful! Her knowledge of beer and their cocktail menu made me choosing my drink easy.
Plus, I hear they do events and reservations upstairs. I can’t wait to bring my company in for a happy hour.“

“So the smash burger is great and the fries are cooked in what tastes like beef tallow, but that’s not what you’re here for. The beers are incredibly well-made and unlike anything else I’ve ever had before. This is one of the very few places where asking what their weirdest beer is might lead to you drinking something you can only find in a monastery text. Absolutely an incredible place with super knowledgeable staff who will help you navigate their beers.“
