“Written back in 2016 and moved here because I'm ditching Yelp. Hopefully they got the credit card thing sorted in the last decade.
We went to 3 places on this excursion and this one was my favorite. Why? Mainly because I could see myself spending a lot of time hanging out here. They have a great selection of beers, multiple seating areas (both indoor and outdoor), darts and a lot more. We sat outside for a while but moved into their loft area when the sun set.
I had 2 beers. The first was an American Pale Ale. It was slightly crisp and delicious. The second was their cask beer of the day or week. It was surprisingly creamy and rich in flavor.
Why only 4-stars? Mainly because it's 2016 and they are a cash-only business. Time to modernize!“
“Great beer and friendly service“
“Our first visit and it was great! Craft beer, cocktails and great fish and chips. If you're a coffee and a stout fan then the Breakfast Silhouette is the beef for you. I sampled the BA Wild Turkey and let me tell you, that will get your attention.“

“We experienced the Clydesdale VIP tour yesterday and highly recommend it. Our guide was Randy and he did a fabulous job of sharing information regarding the history of Anheuser-Busch and how the Clydesdales became part of their iconic signature. The biggest thrill of the tour was meeting Lester, a semi retired former lead horse on a Clydesdale team. We were able to able to talk to him, pet him and take photos with him. It was a dream come true experience!“
“We did the Day Fresh tour on a Thursday morning (10:30am) in June. The tour lasted about 90 minutes with several stops during the tour. We visited the Clydesdale horses and stable, fermenting and bottling buildings, sampled beer while we learned about the ingredients in Budweiser beer, took a trolley ride back to the staring place, and ended the tour with a 20oz draft as part of the tour. Also part of the Day Fresh tour, everyone over 21 was given a bottle of beer that had been bottled less than 24 hours before. This tour was great-make sure to spend time in the gift shop after the tour. So many fun gifts and souvenirs. Highly recommend!!

“Great Beers, food and atmosphere!“
“We were visiting St. Louis for a couple of days and found this gem not far from our Airbnb. After a long drive a cold beer was in order and this brewery did not disappoint. They also have some really good Sours and one that is aged in a Chardonnay barrel, it was sooo good!“

“After taking the tour, we were expecting average food from the restaurant but were pleasantly surprised that they were probably our fav restaurant of our St. Louis trip. We order BBQ burgers, Bavarian pretzels, and BBQ nachos. The pretzels were extremely good and enjoyed by our whole family. Very reasonable prices as well.“

“The only thing I am disappointed in is my partner.Did not have an option of different ciders, and we had multiple guests that enjoy ciders and not beer.It would have been great to have everyone drinking. And having a great time based on what they wanted to drink“
“Always a good time at Four Hands Brewery! Excellent IPAs selection, tasty $8 boozy slushy cocktails for non-beer drinkers and the best merch of any brewery in the city! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. They also offer cheap parking on Cardinals game days that comes with 2 drink tickets!“

“We held a 50th work anniversary celebration for a friend here. They let us use the event space where it was a little quieter, and it was perfect. They were accommodating, hospitable, friendly…just amazing! I couldn’t recommend them more. Go visit them soon if you haven’t yet. Thanks so much Rockwell!!“

“In town from Ohio for the UD-SLU game and arrived at Blue Jay Brewing 45 minutes before scheduled opening (unknowingly). Our first time there based on a recommendation down near Pappy’s. Jay saw us outside, pulling on a locked door, and invited us in. The beer was very good - I had the Monarch, a Munich style Dunkel. Jay and his wife are doing it right. Recommend you make this one of your stops while in town. GO FLYERS!“
