White Castle is a popular restaurant known for its sliders and friendly service. The manager has been known to go above and beyond to make up for mistakes. The restaurant is also praised for its good food, special occasions, and employee dedication.
Some customers have reported issues with their orders, including mistakes and long wait times. However, one customer, a truck driver, had a positive experience, as the manager called him back to ensure his order was ready when he arrived. Another customer noted that this location has friendly staff and good food, even when short-handed. Customers also enjoy the restaurant's special occasions, like the Valentine's Day dinner, where the dining room is decorated, and the workers seem to have fun as well.
